Learning from a Local….

School age students recently were able to learn from a local restaurant owner about how he does his part in protecting the environment while running his business. We learned how Anton’s in downtown KC uses natural fertilizer, minimizes waste, saves on water, and still has a great product! We loved touring the restaurant and tasting some great food!
